无锡市如森衬胶厂始建于1982年，1995年由原来的集体企业改制为民营企业，是专业生产化工防腐设备、橡胶板衬里材料、橡胶衬里及现场防腐衬里施工、滚塑产品的企业，在防腐领域已属累了二十多年的实践经验，享有较多的声誉。
    公司引进的丁基橡胶板的生产及防腐衬里技术和玻璃鳞片树脂的生产及防腐衬里技术，这两项技术是成熟的和先进的，并得到了国内脱硫领域许多用户的考验。企业负责技术的工程师曾在外资企业工作过十一年，其间曾到国外研修过配方技术和生产管理，在外资企业曾担任过技术部、生产部、品质管理部等部门的负责人，是市一级学科带头人。
    企业生产的防腐蚀橡胶板有五大系列三十多个品种，可根据用户不同的温度、不同无锡电脑维修介质而自由选择；真空设备用橡胶板、低钙镁橡胶板、预硫化橡胶板的生产，为国内广大企业节省了宝贵的外汇资源并且大大降低了采购成本。
企业生产的玻璃鳞片树脂有二大系列十多个品种，可根据用户不同的温度、不同的介质要求而自由选择。
特种橡胶板的原材料有70%是进口的或合资企业生产的；玻璃鳞片树脂的原材料有90%是进口或国外企业的代理商经销的或合资企业生产的。
    工厂位于无锡市堰桥工业园，交通十分便捷。公司现有员工265人，其中专业技术人员86人，占地面积约3000平方米。主要生产设备200多台套。具有完善的质量保证体系，已通过ISO9000认证，检测设备先进，检测手机短信内容查询手段齐全，保证了产品质量的优良率和稳定性。
    产品广泛应用于氯碱化工、电力、环保、冶金、电子、制药、酿造、化肥、储运等行业的设备和管道。
